Well my xbox 360 is still having problems. I called the customer service and the guy was really helpful and nice and said unfortunately he thinks its an optical problem and is sending out a box so I can ship it back to them free overnight... they will try to fix it and if they cant , they will send me a new one....
First of all, I am kind of mad considering the system itself was $400.... you should not get a refurbished unit back, it should work right in the first place! GRRR! Makes me so mad!
I am trying to think positively about the situation, but am getting more frustrated the more I think about it. I can't return it to best buy because of the xmas, 30 day return policy and they have no more in stock. I think once its fixed, I may just sell the whole thing on ebay...
It seems like too much of a hassle for something that should work right when you buy it brand new, ya know?
Sorry, just had to vent!

More then likely they will send you out a new one as soon as yours is received. That is what they have been doing.
Turn around is only a couple of days.
